Meeting 1 - ( Queenship Kick off ) June 7th

Setting the tone for Queenship Meetings : Before every meeting always take a moment to make sure you have your comfy clothes on and have a nice snack to enjoy, and if you'd like have something to write with

  • Getting to know your sisters 
  • The Real Questions: Are you taking care of yourself ? Mentally? Spiritually? Emotionally? Physically? 
  •  If you answered no to any above : Think of a self care act for each category.. then start to do them to better yourself in each category  
  • How can we make this a safe place? 
  • Ladies what's a small goal you feel you and others can hold you accountable for over the time until next meeting ?

  • Sister challenge: Try taking 30 minutes out each day to preform a self care act and give yourself positive self talk and thank yourself for self appreciation and self love
